Welcome to 24/7 Multi Services, operated by John Pucella, a sole proprietor doing business as 24/7 Multi Services. By booking or paying for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

24/7 Multi Services provides general home maintenance, handyman services, and property services including but not limited to:

Dryer vent cleaning

Handyman services

Lawn care and yard maintenance

Gutter cleaning

Pressure washing

Framing and carpentry work

Drywall repair

Minor plumbing repairs

Minor electrical repairs

Home repairs and maintenance

Property cleanup and hauling

Some specialized services may require licensed professionals under state law. 24/7 Multi Services reserves the right to decline or subcontract services that legally require licensed professionals.

2. Service Area

Services are provided throughout:

All cities and towns in Rhode Island

Parts of Massachusetts

Parts of Connecticut

Cape Cod region

Travel fees may apply depending on location.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request.

Prices may change if:

job conditions differ from description

additional labor or materials are required

hidden damage or structural issues are discovered

Customers will be notified before additional charges are applied whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment may be required:

before service

upon completion of service

partially as a deposit for larger projects

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit/Debit Card

Cash

Check

Venmo

Cash App

PayPal

Payment links through Stripe

Failure to complete payment may result in service refusal or additional fees.

5. Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure a scheduled appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the final balance of the service.

Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours:

deposits may be forfeited

cancellation fees may apply

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may still result in a cancellation fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

provide safe access to the work area

secure pets

remove obstacles when possible

disclose any known hazards

If excessive preparation or moving items is required, additional labor charges may apply.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

24/7 Multi Services offers a customer satisfaction guarantee.

If a customer is not satisfied with completed work, reasonable efforts will be made to correct the issue when possible.

9. Limited Service Warranty

A 30-day limited warranty applies to workmanship on most services.

This warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear

unrelated issues arising after service

damage caused by misuse or neglect

underlying structural problems not visible during service

10. Liability Disclaimer

24/7 Multi Services is not responsible for:

pre-existing damage

hidden structural issues

damage caused by defective materials or prior repairs

damage resulting from conditions beyond reasonable control

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Refunds may be considered if:

service was not performed

scheduling issues occurred

Completed work is generally non-refundable, though adjustments may be made when appropriate.

12. Authorization of Work

By scheduling or paying for services, customers authorize 24/7 Multi Services to perform agreed-upon work at the property location.

Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
